Link the remote id to the remote transaction

Problem/Motivation

When the PayPal Checkout (Preferred) payment plugin is used we get and store the remote transaction id as part of the payment information. Currently this is just displayed as text but it would be easy to turn this into a link to the transaction record in paypal as the url is standard.

Proposed resolution

Link the remote id to the transaction in PayPal. The url follows this pattern https://www.paypal.com/unifiedtransactions/details/payment/[id]

I have created a new PR with an alternative implementation. The getRemotePaymentUrl method was added to the paypal_checkout payment gateway.
