Allow 'custom' custom fields to be supported

Problem/Motivation

The Schema.org Blueprints module makes it easy to set up custom field properties by defining the properties type and name. @see \Drupal\schemadotorg_custom_field\SchemaDotOrgCustomFieldManager::propertyFieldAlter

It would be helpful for developers to be able to define non-Schema.org properties that can re-use this code.
