.toolbar-button--primary should have white text, per --toolbar-button-color: var(--admin-toolbar-color-white);
currently it gets color: var(--gin-color-text); since there is no specific style for the primary button.
When using Navigation + Navigation Top Bar this leads to a goofy looking button
Use XB + Navigation + Nav Top
Provide a .toolbar-button--primary style
