Group filter vertical configuration

Problem/Motivation

We have a group filter that is only available in a horizontal layout. We want to extend the feature so it can be used vertically for pages such as search pages with faceted search. We will need it to be available horizontally, so the site builder/administrator needs to be able to choose which configuration they want.

Acceptance criteria

Given I'm an administrator
When I configure the group filter
Then I should have an option to choose between horizontal and vertical layouts
