Problem/Motivation

I was getting this error message when running drush dcdi:

Error: Class "Laminas\Stdlib\ArrayUtils" not found in Drupal\default_content_deploy\DefaultContentDeployMetadataService->mergeUuids() (line 59 of .../html/modules/contrib/default_content_deploy/src/DefaultContentDeployMetadataService.php).

Proposed resolution

Require laminas/laminas-stdlib in composer.json.
