Drupal Core Security Update for OS 12

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10.2 is EOL and doesn't receive security updates anymore.

Yesterday a security announcement was made

Since we still support Open Social 12, we should make it secure.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

We don't want to upgrade Open Social 12 from Core 10.2 > 10.3 in a patch release without proper testing, so for now add a patch for minimal impact.
