Make allowed duration values translatable

Problem/Motivation

In the field settings the "Allowed duration values" are not translatable. Is this true or am I just not finding where to translate it?

Steps to reproduce

• Add a smart date range field
• Enter Allowed druation values
• Save and go to /admin/structure/types/manage/article/fields/node.CONTENTYTYPE.field_MACHINENAME/translate
• Edit any translation
