Add Success and Error Events

Problem/Motivation

We need to know if the Google Sheet submission worked or not in order to trigger processing in the WebForm accordingly (Send an email in case of error or success for example)

Proposed resolution

We made a small modification in the module in order to trigger
- An event when the submission worked (WebformGoogleSheetsSuccessEvent)
- And another when it didn't work (WebformGoogleSheetsErrorEvent)

Remaining tasks

We have tested it and it works for our use we want to propose it to the source code of the module
