Fix issues raised by phpcs

By running tests on Drupal 10.4, they pass while they failed on Drupal 11.1. I suggest committing that change so that tests pass again. There can be a follow-up issue about getting tests to pass on Drupal 11.

The merge request also fixes many, but not all, phpcs issues.

Thanks for this MR. Can you adjust it to the current code base? I'll merge it immediately afterwards.
