Events rolling over to next date

Problem/Motivation

I am using drupal 10.2 and calendar 8.x-1.x-dev
If i put a time on an event after 7pm it shows up on the next day on the calendar .. this was supposedly fixed in the 8x.2 version ( https://www.drupal.org/project/calendar/issues/3300183 💬 Events rolled over to next day Needs review ) which doesnt work on drupal 10 and i see the code is correct in the current 8.x-1.dev version i have but i am still having the same issue . but I am using opigno events which could be causing the difference.
