Remove Group 8.x-1.x support

Problem/Motivation

Group 8.x-1.6 was released in August 2023. It is not recommended by the Group project.

There are problems testing 1.6:

There was 1 error:

1) Drupal\Tests\quick_node_clone\Functional\QuickNodeCloneGroupIntegrationTest::testNodeClone
Exception: Deprecated function: Use of "static" in callables is deprecated
Drupal\group\Entity\GroupRole::postLoad()() (Line: 315)
