Problem/Motivation

The version in the social.info.yml is incorrect. It is still 12.4.9 which causes the error message that the site has a security update available.

Steps to reproduce

Install Open Social 12.4.10 and check for module updates

Proposed resolution

Set the proper version in the social.info.yml
