Contextual consent text description is too short

Problem/Motivation

The contextual consent only allows 128 characters and restricts the user input to html tags a, strong and em. The 128 characters do not last out if the user wants to add html, especially if there's a link to add (href,target,rel), e.g. to link the privacy statement of the website.

Proposed resolution

Consider to allow more HTML-Tags for formatting (e. g. line breaks) and remove the character limit.
