Add support for smoke data over the CTI API

Problem/Motivation

CrowdSec provides a CTI API which exposes smoke data for an IP address, see https://crowdsecurity.github.io/cti-api/#/Freemium/get_smoke__ip_

This should be implemented and a service made available for other modules to receive that information, e.g. the IP Info module, see ✨ Display information from CrowdSec Active

Proposed resolution

  • Add a setting to input the optional API key
  • Implement a service that pulls smoke data for an IP address
