Support per-user basis

Problem/Motivation

Imagine you have a site with locations, and you want to allow anonymous users to favorite some locations, and then order them with Draggableviews, just for the session, which is their visit to the we site.

Is this possible? I guess the module would need to support a per-user, or even a per-anonymous-user basis then ... Is this possible or could this feature be added? Thanks!
