These offers need to first be created on the project issue queue, even when the person asking for more permissions is already co-maintainer. As per Offering to become a project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer → , they can be moved in the Drupal.org project ownership queue → , 14 days after the offer was posted/moved in the project queue, if the offer has not been declined from other maintainers (including the project owner).

Thanks for asking back. I promise that we will find time to create a Drupal 11 release in the next 1-2 weeks.

D11 release is done.
Further work is planned for a 2.1 release: E.g. https://www.drupal.org/project/shariff/issues/3509463 📌 Perform code cleanup, drop D8/D9 support, create new 2.1.0 release Active and also to add some more fixes and smaller features.
However, any help is appreciated and if there is interest to help to maintain the module in the longrun or to add in bigger features I am open to add new maintainers.
