Migrate panels to layout builder

We have 3 large sites which have been created with early Drupal 8 versions and upgraded to 9 and 10, now should be upgraded to Drupal 11 as well. As Panels is deprecated and they highly depending on Panels, Panels IPE, Panelizer and two of them additionally on Panels Quick Edit and Page Manager I'm wondering if there is an official migration path from Panels to Layout Builder including documentation or any guidelines, tutorials etc. I couldn't find anything.
