Update manual versions

Problem/Motivation

The versions on the project page are not in sync with the actual versions, like PhotoSwipe-5.3.8, when PhotoSwipe-5.4.4 is the right one to use.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. Update the text on the project page
2. Add an item on the checklist, when updating to a newer version: "Update versions in the project page text"
