Fix constructor code cleanup

The constructor definitions have an extra comma that cause PHP warnings. Arrays should always end with a comma but function calls should not.

I suspect you are using an old version of PHP. The changes in this merge request generate the phpcs error "Multi-line function declarations must have a trailing comma after the last parameter".
