Problem/Motivation

Add automated tests

Proposed resolution

- Create the gitlab yaml
- Configure auth tokens for personal repo on Gitlab/Github on a public repo i.e. config_pr_tests
- Create the tests
- The tests will configure the module and push pull requests to the repos
- Check that the pull requests are created
- Visit the repo to check that the correct changes are pushed
