Update the names of settings to better correlate to UI labels

In 📌 Convert all "Advanced settings" checkboxes to toggle behavior on, not off Active we will fix the UI labels of various settings, but we cannot change the actual machine-names of these settings until we roll a new major version. This ticket is for correcting that when we're ready to approach a major version bump of the module.
