Hi maintainers of XTM TMGMT module,
Module contains this commit merged a ~week ago:
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/tmgmt_xtm/-/commit/9974122ba388a72423...
with the description "Drupal 9.2.21 not compatible with latest XTM TMGMT Module Update".
As a result, downgrade of guzzlehttp/guzzle from required by Drupal 7.5+ to 6.5 was made.

Honestly, it’s quite optimistic to say that Drupal is not compatible with your module. Rather, it is the module that is not compatible with Drupal.
Please roll it back urgently.

I agree this is strange, and I don't see an issue in this queue related to that commit. The good news is, it's not yet in a release, and if it ever does make it into a release, no site will be able to update to it since supported versions of Drupal core require 7.8.1 or higher.
Even if this is not rolled back, the constraint should be at a minimum: "guzzlehttp/guzzle": "^6.5.7 || ^7.8"
