Update to 1.1 removes metadata some mappings

Problem/Motivation

After updating to 1.1.0-rc3, and running database updates existing metadata mapping seems to be removed. In our particular case we only had the alt text mapped to the Description on `DAM - Image` so I know at least that field mapping is affected, but it seems likely this will happen for others

Steps to reproduce

With 1.0 installed; edit DAM - Image and map the Description field to the alt text of the media entity.

Upgrade to 1.1 and run database updates. Return to edit screen for DAM-Image media type and the mapping will be removed.
