Ignore opensearch-php deprecation warnings in 2.x

Problem/Motivation

There are number of warnings about the deprecated ClientBuilder class. We are moving to the opensearch-php 2.4.x client in 3.x branch which removes these uses. For now, lets ignore the warnings in our 2.x branch.
