Problem/Motivation

Moving to use the new Drupal Core administration Navigation module
Dropping the use Admin Toolbar

Proposed resolution

  • Enable the navigation module by default.
  • Add an update hook to enable navigation and uninstall admin_toolbar_tools & admin_toolbar.
  • Adjust Varbase Admin custom toolbar styling to align with the new navigation system.
