Toggle description with details

Problem/Motivation

A click on the "toggle description" icon on a "details" group in a form will toggle the description of the "detail" and the next description it can find in this details group.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate the "toggle description" option
  2. Create a new content type with a field with a description
  3. Create a new fieldgroup of type "details" and with a description
  4. Go to the creation form of this content type and clic on the "?" icon on the details group

Both the details description and the field description will show up. If you clic again, both will disapear.
