Edit composer.json, add "drupal/media_pdf_thumbnail": "6.1.4". Run composer update(Drupal 10.3.9). Drush en media_pdf_thumbnail. And throws next error: Error: Class "Drupal\media_pdf_thumbnail\Pdf" not found in media_pdf_thumbnail_requirements() (line 32 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/media_pdf_thumbnail/media_pdf_thumbnail.install). For versions under, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3, no problem.
