Add additional views info

I am looking to enhance the views admin interface to make it easier to manage.

Xray Audit module has a views report that shows additional info.

Some things, like display ids, are very useful. And some of the default info got hidden.

What does it take to add additional info about the view as fields, and maybe add displays as a relation?

Hi! Its all happening in the hook_views_data() in config_views.views.inc - that's what makes the different properties available as Fields (or as Filters), attempting to make them known to Views. So maybe in that processing there are some types of properties in the config that are not getting picked up?
