Document that league/commonmark is needed for proper html

Problem/Motivation

For the Deepchat chatbot the library "league/commonmark" is needed to show real html from markdown. Its shown as a warning sign when setting up the block and on the status page, if its missing.

However I could not find it neither in the documention here: https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/ai/modules/ai_assistant_api/#ai-cha... or in the submodules readme.

Proposed resolution

Add how and why "league/commonmark" is needed in the documentation and the readme.
