Upgrade phpoffice/phpspreadsheet to newer version

phpoffice/phpspreadsheet has released a new version (3.9.0) in January. (https://github.com/PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#202...) Unfortunately, I am unable to upgrade it at the moment due to vbo_export requiring version ^2.2.

Could you please consider integrating the latest release?

Hi there,

I prepared a new MR to support a new version.

Tested with PhpSpreadsheet library: Installed version: 2025-02-07 - 3.9.1. version (info from the status report page) and it works fine for me.
