    Hey there,

    I did made some changes in the issue fork to get through this task.
    But I am stucked at refactoring the Toc.php.

    As I see this class needs to be refactored to be compatible with dependency injection.
    But this needs changes to the constructor and will be a breaking change.
    Would that be okay?
