Open on hover instead of click

Trying to get the flyout menus to show up with the mouse hovering of the parent menu. But can't find any option in the interface to make that switch.

Can someone point me to the code which would facilitate this?
Or, if it can be done via the admin please provide steps. Appreciate any insights.

I was able to figure it out.

Navigate to the main page of the main menu. When the 'Switch menu' option is set to 'No', the dropdown menu appears on hover instead of click.
