Postsetup should only run if a key exists

Problem/Motivation

Currently the postsetup runs always, even if no key value is set, causing it to fail on OpenAI even if you don't want to set it up.

Steps to reproduce

Use the dev versions of the modules on Drupal CMS.
Setup Anthropic
Fail

Proposed resolution

Put the postsetup only if a key is set.
