Menu item are expand even if "Show as expanded" is unchecked

Problem/Motivation

When you got to a menu item and unchecked "Show as expanded" the menu item is still expand

Steps to reproduce

Create menu
Add item with children
Edit parent and unchecked "Show as expanded"
create TB mega menu
