Gitlab-ci pipelines are now plugged into the project (.gitlab-ci.yml)

I also added a .cspell-project-words.txt to allow "dailymotion"
and fixed the only PHPCS error that was popping by adding a nullable parameter $migration in TransformDndAtomsToMedias
