New Library for chosen 5 is not detected

I would suggest to use composer to install the library as defined in the readme.

But if you would like to install it manually, then download the library assets from the release
https://github.com/noli42/chosen/releases/tag/3.0.0

and the files should be under libraries/chosen, the status page for the chosen module has all this information.

I dont recognize the message 'Chosen-JavaScript-Datei not installed' however so maybe there are other modules used which is not in the issue description.

I made a mistake and if the 2 files are und libraries/chosen it works.
