Toastify dependency not loaded well.

Problem/Motivation

When we load layout builder with JS aggregated, Toastify is not loaded at the right time.

So, an JS error occurs in the console.
"Uncaught ReferenceError: Toastify is not defined"

Steps to reproduce

- Enable JS aggregation
- Go to a content edition
- Edit the layout

Proposed resolution

Load Toastify dependency in a hook_library_info_alter() to avoid getting the error on the page load.

Remaining tasks

Provide a fix.
