Make module compatible withj commerce 2.x

Problem/Motivation

The 3.0.0 version of commerce is very recent. Havinig this module require commerce 3.x makes it difficult to instal specially when are a lot of modules in commerce ecosystem that aren't compatible with it.

Proposed resolution

Change the requirements of composer to allow both 2.x and 3.x
