Add test to ensure generated proxy files are up to date

Problem/Motivation

There is no check that the generated proxy files are in sync.

Discovered while working on 🐛 ProxyBuilder generates incorrect @see reference Active . When the files were generated a new method was added that was outside the scope of the issue. See comment #20 🐛 ProxyBuilder generates incorrect @see reference Active .

    When working on this, we have to find a way to do this without hardcoding the list of proxy files? Is there a way to gather all the files that are proxied? Perhaps we should introduce a marker interface?
