Add a postSetup method that is running for the SetupAIProvivder action

Problem/Motivation

Currently we have a setupAiProvider action that is used in Drupal CMS. The problem is that this can't do any validation or messaging.

Because OpenAI is used by many people that might setup an API key for the first time, they might not know about the rate limits - and there is no way for us to inform about this.

Proposed resolution

Add a postSetup method that can run after setup on Drupal CMS.
Do not add it to the interface, but do add it to the base class.
Do add the method to run at the end of the action.
