Remove span drupal-icon when rendering an icon in RTE

Problem/Motivation

Currently UI Icons CKE5 wraps icons in a span with the class drupal-icon.

Design system like Bootstrap provides classes to align icon and text, for example "icon-link" class. But the class expects the svg and the text to be at the same level.

With the wrapper span, not possible to use this utility class directly.
