Fix CSPELL / ESLINT / PHPCS issues

I fixed the CSPELL, PHSTAN, PHPCS, now I will fix the ESLINT issues (it will take a while)

I think I will skip the ESLINT fixes, I'm seeing warning that really doesn't sense, and the official help doesn't help at all, I don't, what does this mean at all?

33:2 error Replace `(jQuery,·Drupal)` with `)(jQuery,·Drupal`

Passed now, I'll create a new issue for the ESLINT issue, I'm not able to fix this at this time.
