This is a little easier once 📌 Remove the queue option from the rebuild entity usage command Active lands as that removes a configuration option for the defunct queue approach.
Make \Drupal\entity_usage\EntityUsageBatchManager::BULK_BATCH_SIZE and \Drupal\entity_usage\EntityUsageBatchManager::BULK_ID_LOAD configurable.
Allow these constants to be overridden using config and options on the Drush command. This will allow users to tweak things for maximum performance.
