Document Facets summary module and mention on project page

Problem/Motivation

I am using the experimental Facets summary module, and it works great. So we should make it easier to discover that this feature exists, since I learned about it by chance, looking for something else.

Maybe we could mention it on the project page, and add it to the README file, explaining the configuration?

Steps to reproduce

Want to use the Facets summary module, but not sure how ...

Proposed resolution

Give it some more spotlight, since it's a great feature, and it works well, and document the configuration.

Facets summary is not the recommended way anymore since Facets 3.x

For new projects using views + facets, using facets_exposed filters + views filters summary is the actual recommendation, which is documented in https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/facets/exposed_filters/#views-filte...
