The german translation of the default flag "Email content" -> "Inhalt der E-Mail" is wrong and confusing. The translation should be "E-Mail Inhalt" to fit with the other two related default flags.

Plenty of german translations are misleading. But this project doesn't contain translations, the only reason to report it here is to either fix something not being translatable or add ore context so we can avoid conflicts.
