Allow user in the bootstrap settings to disable the Component > Messages options

Problem/Motivation

I was given the task to work a site which has a Bootstrap Barrio subtheme and I found the site messages configuration provided by the theme a bit difficult to handle/read for people with disabilities (that was the feedback that I received from the regular users of the site):

I tried different combinations by going to /admin/appearance/settings/bootstrap_barrio and from the Bootstrap settings go to Components > Messages and pick among the options available (Toasts, Alerts Classic, Alerts Bottom) and the users didn't seem to like it

Proposed resolution

Perhaps adding a checkbox to disable the barrio's message format and display the default format instead?
