Add rest module as dependency

Problem/Motivation

In order to create a View display of "Rest Export" as described in the README and project page, you have to enable the rest module (RESTful Web Services). This is not listed anywhere in the documentation as a soft dependency.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable this module on a site without the 'rest' module installed
  2. Try to follow the directions on the project page / README for creating a CSV export view.
  3. bang head on keyboard because it doesn't work
  4. Enable the 'rest' module
  5. Smile big as you can now follow the directions in the project page.

Proposed resolution

Add drupal:rest as a dependency OR declare it as a soft dependency in the documentation.
