This was fixed awhile ago.
When testing Drupal CMS and Quant, it's showing the home page latest view content 4 cards across instead of three:
Quant preview site
Local Drupal CMS site
Install Drupal CMS and sync content to Quant.

It will show up with 3 cards across as expected.
