Overview

Update and unify the appearance of the items listed under "Library" and "Layers" with an emphasis on colors, iconography, and a new dropdown menu (in addition to the existing right-click action).

This can build on the work done in ✨ Focus mode for global regions Active , and ship a lot of the required UI for ✨ Managing code components in library Active and ✨ Managing components sourced as code components Active .
