Taxonomy term label should be in a semantic element as P when displayed in the popup dialog, it should not be put directly in a DIV element.

It is also recommend to use STRONG instead of B for bold face text, and EM instead of I for italic text.
Put the term label in a P element.
Replace B by STRONG.
